2.Another opinion someone could make is, why would you want to one Africaif you already have your own country?
3. I found this cartoon persuasive because theythey  are literally trying to take Africa for them selves.
4.Some other techniques the cartoonist could use were to make it more persuasive is to add rips in Africa were they are trying to get land for them selves.

#1: The political cartoon is about how the different countries fought over Africa. It shows how they are  fighting over Africa in the picture by having a bunch of people trying to rip Africa apart. In the second picture they are sitting at a conference table slicing Africa into pieces

#2:  I think a different person (if they were from Africa) would be really offended by this.

The next political cartoon shows the Berlin conference. I say this because there are men looking at another man showing a circle splited meaning that the circle reapersents Africa. I think that someone else thinks the scramble for Africa was why do they all want Africa. I don’t think this is persuasive because there should have of more details. I think they should’ve added a court room with all the county’s fighting over Africa.

I though that this political cartoon was perswasive because it gave a good description about the different countries splitting and trying to get territories all over Africa. These cartoons show that many countries are fighting to takeover for more land and to exspand their countries to make them look stronger, but this is bad because they're taking property for Africa and exspanding their empire.

The second political cartoon is about the Berlin conference and what they where In a circle. This was not persuasive because is showed that a bunch of countries trying to take land over for the imperialism. On one bad thing about this political cartoon is that it is persuading people to think it good to take over other countries and exspand their empires.

I thought that this cartoon was presuasive because it show that the British empire wanted to exspand and so they too over parts of the world. They were trying to exspand their empire so they took parts of other empires for em selves for more land and to exspand their colony. But also I thought this wasn't a good thing because they where taking other country's over to make them stronger. So they took over parts of North America and parts of Africa and places all over the globe.
