CALM is a campaign that helps men suffering from a mental health issue. They have a frontline where you can phone and speak to someone. They also have a variety of projects going on that challenge mens stereotypes of hiding emotions. This is good as men are perceived as being strong and emotionless so they don't get as much recognition as women do for having a mental illness therefore they suffer in silence. This campaign helps men speak out and prevents anything serious happening to someone.
