         <description><![CDATA[<div>Iako se čučnjevi smatraju vježbom kojom se jačaju noge i stražnjica, oni zapravo aktiviraju puno veći broj mišićnih skupina, uključujući i mišiće trupa, kada se rade pravilno. Kada radite čučnjeve, pospješujete mobilnost i ravnotežu. Sve te prednosti se odražavaju i u svakidašnjem životu.<br>Kako pravilno raditi čučnjeve?<br>Čučnjevi su jako dugo bili na lošem glasu jer navodno štete koljenima. No, istraživanja su pokazala da kada čučnjeve radite pravilno, oni mogu čak i poboljšati stabilnost koljena i ojačati vezivno tkivo.<br>- Zagrijte se.<br>- Stanite tako da su stopala u ravnini s ramenima.<br>- Leđa držite u neutralnom položaju i koljena držite ravno iznad stopala.<br>- Polako savijte koljena, kukove i gležnjeve tako da noge budu pod pravim kutom.<br>- Vratite se na početnu poziciju.<br>- Nastavite izvoditi čučnjeve tako da udahnete dok savijate koljena i izdahnete dok se podižete.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Iskorak je odlična vježba za jačanje i izgradnju mišića nogu i stražnjice. Da bismo odradili vježbu moramo stati uspravno  ruku opruženih uz tijelo. Zakoračiti naprijed, spustiti dok se koljeno prednje noge ne spusti do kuta od 90° , oslanjajući se na stopalo. Gurnuti se  gore iz prednjeg stopala, zamjeniti nogu i ponoviti. Ima više varijacija iskoraka.</div>]]></description>
