And with using that you'll know exactly what you need to study.

I learned the following joints because of the stick sketch that we did. And also by the reviews we do in class. And I've mastered these by the edpuzzles. The videos do help to figure out where exactly you are and what you need to work on. Also the flipgrid helped because it helps you review it in another way and makes you understand where exactly the joints are on the body.

This goes the same for the top two. I haven't really memorized them yet but the kami did help. It helped review it and it helped us know exactly what each thing is while you were reviewing it with us. As for the methods, I really liked the quizzez. It's kinda like the edpuzzle but instead there's no video. But it helps test your skills.

I also learned it by the slide presentations that was provided for us. And I've mastered these by using the slides, quizzez, and the notes that we took. But the best methods we used for this topic was the videos. The videos really helped to explain where each muscle is and what it does. And having to do the questions also help to make sure you are actually paying attention and knowing what's going on.

First bandage your ankle to help reduce swelling caused by an injury. Taping the ankle afterwards provides the external support that your strained ligaments require to heal. Furthermore, once you've finished your recuperation and are ready to play again. Put one pad over the front of the ankle and the other over the rear. These pads will aid in the prevention of blisters. Then, beginning from the arch of the foot and working your way up to the bottom of the calf muscle, wrap the foot and ankle with pre-wrap. To assist attach the pre-wrap, use the spray adhesive. Apply the spray adhesive according to the manufacturer's directions, but only up to the height of the pre-wrap.

A joint is a structure generated when two or more bones come together and fit together. Ligaments, tendons, cartilage, and synovial fluid are some of the various tissues present within a joint. When one of these structures collapses, it sets off a series of events. To avoid it, do what you can and don't overdo it. Wear the proper safety equipment to keep yourself safe.

The femur, tibia, fibula, and patella are the four bones that meet at the knee. Several ligaments are required to keep these bones in place and allow them to flex and bend. One way we were taught the functions was the notes where she point out each thing and explains to us in details on what it does which was very helpful and I thought was nice. But we also had edpuzzles which stood out as a review for me. And we had the lab work which was nice for physical activity which I enjoyed most throughout this whole unit.
