         <description><![CDATA[<div>Huijuan Xu&nbsp;<br>821381<br>Technology:<br>1.the rise of Internet,everyone can easily get access to the information and news for free,so the legacy news organizations can not make profits from the advertisers because of its expensive cost of printing and producing&nbsp;<br>2.The development of news media technology,such as the aggagators,search engines and indexing,make information gathered,people only select what they want and do not pay much time on the platforms,so there are can not cultivate the sustainable audiences.<br>3.The aggagators only deliver the information but not produce information.And everyone who have laptops and can connect with Internet can send news and information,so the professionalism of journalism can not be ensured.<br>4.Techology change the commercializations that economic motives play in news production,not the public interest.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Also, the global financial crisis has made the situation worse.&nbsp;</div><div>-Many newspaper companies are forced to close, and many journalists face unemployment. However, in the digital media environment, the journalists are facing the information and news abundance, contributing to the situation where journalists have to deal with mass work.
