<title>Cameron L. Macdonald is the assistant professor of sociology at University of Wisconsin. She was famous for examining human behaviors. In this academic paper, she mainly examined how women define what it means to delegate “mother work” to a paid child care provider. Additionally, she mainly discussed the mother labor and how real mother and nannies negotiate this behavior. I will use this source to discuss the true meaning behind nannies and the mother work or, in another word, the mother labor. </title>

For one thing, noel concerned about the consequences for the psychological and emotional wellbeing of children.
