These companies and organizations all have unique strategies and cultures to manage their employees. In addition, I will do interviews with some leaders that include bosses, beginners and managers of the organizations and companies to ask their opinions, to find out different impacts of leading with love and fear in different companies and situations. The reason why I plan to talk with these people is because their trained leadership skills and rich leading experience would help me to gain my knowledge and enrich my own leadership improvement, and to practice using suitable strategies on different situations by myself.
