The Romans constructed aqueducts to bring water to the cities and towns. Some aqueducts were build from stone, brick or concrete the others Roman people would make aqueducts underground. Gravity moves the water from the aqueduct to the cities in Rome. The first aqueduct that was build went to a water fountain in Rome. The aqueducts lead to public baths, latrines, fountains and private homes in Rome. http://www.crystalinks.com/romeaqueducts.html
