I learned that informal letters are really important for communication. To very formal people such as presidents and Vice President, we should use formal text so that it is formal. Informal texts are like in a more friendly style.

The purpose of this text is so that we can communicate in a friendly and easy way, like not too formal but it also has to be formal in the same time. it is very useful instead of using technology. more over, it is way better than technology as it is quite formal.
