         <description><![CDATA[<div>Gentrification is a negative towards the lower classes and often the current inhabiters of the city being transformed. People are displaced due to the prices rising of the new modifications on the city. It strips the city of its originality. Yes the city will appealing to many people outside of the city but it affects the inhabitants and slowly drives them away. This starts creating a bigger gap between the rich and the poor. </div>]]></description>
