Moram em um apartamento, uma mãe e três filhos, sendo duas meninas de 14 e 16 anos e um menino de 17. Solange criou seus filhos sozinha, depois da morte do marido por um acidente de carro.  Eles cresceram e muito saudáveis, o mais velho já trabalha e ajuda em casa, as mais novas só estudam. 
Há 1 ano Solange foi diagnosticada com câncer de mama e desde aí vem sofrendo muito por conta dos remédios fortes e psicologicamente. Os filhos tem aulas na escola Robert Valer, Rafael ( o mais velho) é simpático e cavalheiro como era seu pai, inteligente e adora animais ,Luiza (a do meio)  adora estar na moda e arrasar pela escola sendo a mais popular, porém a simpatia prevalece, já Camila( a mais nova) é muito extrovertida, adora fazer palhaçadas no recreio e fazer  as pessoas rirem ( aliás, ela não é tão vaidosa quanto a irmã). Eles tem suas diferenças, porém se amam muito.
Foi em uma noite de 5 de novembro, 4:00 hrs da manhã, ela sentiu dores tão fortes que não conseguia dizer uma sequer palavra, Rafael pegava a bolsa, Luiza ligava para a ambulância e Camila tentava de alguma forma amenizar o que a mãe sentia. 
O tempo parecia ter passado tão rápido, o último suspiro, o último eu te amo, o último beijo, o último abraço, a última dança na cozinha do apartamento, as últimas implicâncias, o último " tomem cuidado e vão com Deus", o último " eu estou aqui", era isso que se passava na cabeça deles enquanto choravam no apartamento, vendo lembranças, relembrando momentos, é verdade que as coisas passam em um piscar de olhos.
Todos deixaram tudo que tinham de lado naquele momento, não existia mais o nerd, a patricinha ou a garota extrovertida. Eles não tinham mais forças, não tinham mais razão. 
- A vida é uma fio mãe, essa frase nunca fez tanto sentido depois de te perder, eu consegui, eu terminei a faculdade de medicina veterinária, Luiza é estilista e Camila ajuda outras pessoas a sorrirem com ela sempre fez e agora é em hospitais para crianças com câncer. Nós realizamos nossos sonhos e foi tudo graças a senhora, obrigada  , gratidão, Rafael.
