Drawing pictures of what we hear is a good activity. That is the most creative way of active listening. I think my students will also like it. To make it richer, I can find and present a wide and different range of listening and drawing subjects. Of course difficulty levels of the texts should be adjusted for the students needs. I will create an active classroom atmosphere with this activity. By giving a star or a gift to the best discribed and drawn text and picture, I will target to improve the motivation of the students.
Question 2:
Topic 1: Differentiation
I can use this sub listening topic in my PDC meeting. I think it will be useful in my district. Because we have different students with different levels. By this topic, we English teachers can find solutions to the difficult subjects to adapt them into our classroom environment. We can change the difficulty levels of the listening text for our students. We can rearrange the exercises from easy to difficult or vise versa.
Topic 2: Being the Speaker as Teachers
Instead of using YouTube or other channels we English teachers should use English actively in classes. Some teachers don't prefer speaking English in the class. They choose to open web channels for listening. But we should be models for our students in speaking and listening to do the activities. Thus increase both ours and students' motivation we should be the speaker as teachers in the class.

The most common problem in my district related to speaking in language classes is less cultural adaptation.

Question 2:
I believe that the ideas and suggestions I have got today will help me to cope with especially students' attendancy problem to speaking activities. Appropriate tasks and activities will encourage the students to accomplish speaking skill. Also the apps used in these tasks and activities will motivate and make them eager to use English actively in the classroom environment. These applications, tasks and activities will also enable students to adapt the culture. The more they are into these activities and tasks the more they desire to speak. After they create their own product or they help to create his/her group's product by using these apps, they will feel self confident and taste the happiness of accomplishment.

Run and Circle
Sleeping Panda

These are the useful ideas that I loved today. Because both of them were fun and applicable for crowded classes. For example, I have 35 students in the classroom, I can take them to the garden and play these games. So that, they would both have fun and learn new vocabulary while increasing the speed of reading. They can learn how to order the phrases to create a meaningful sentence in Sleeping Panda game. Also, they can improve their reading skills and reading speeds in Run and Circle game.

Also, we can get rid of the problem that the students get bored and distracted in our classes. They will have fun.

Today's lesson, Word Anagram would be the most useful one in my local context. Because my students like learning vigorously. When they run around the corridor and try to reform the correct word by using the scrambled letters it will be enjoyable and useful for them. Their word knowledge would widen.
Question 2:
I think, My colleagues would be most interested by My Favourite Dictation activity. I suppose, it would excite them to apply in their classes.

Find Someone Who activity and learner-centered and actively-engaged discussion session would be useful for my teaching environment. By this way, the students would learn tense forms by asking each other. For a more meaningful and long-term learning environment actively-engaged learner-centered classes would be the best ones.
Question 2:
I think my colleagues would want to discuss comprehension check and yes/no question instructions in a PDC meeting. I think comprehension check questions should be prioritised. Because we would discuss what kind of questions should be asked to check the understanding and vary the question types according to the subject.
Question 3:
I think finding the reason for the mistake would be a great activity for my district. Because after the students learn word formations and structures, it would be a valuable activity to test what they learned about the forms and structures of words. They would practice and learn the mistake types by this way.
