I think that using it could also stop drilling because we can use bio fuel instead. One of the problems is that we do deforestation to plant  other crops to get bio fuel.
 Studies have shown that some bio fuels are more polluting that the fossil fuels they replace.So we must be careful.The EU has taken action by establishing rules that prohibit producing and importing by other countries unsustainable bio fuel.

biodisel is obtained by mixing alcohol with ,animal fat,vegetable oil , or recycled cooking oil and solid biofuels for example wood and domestic refuse.
it is good because it is renewable,clean,can be mixed wiyh other fuels,and for engines (better than ETANOLO biodisel)

It should be a renewable source since it is made of plants. If its not then I think we should be quite worried. I think biofuel is basically fossil fuels just made yesterday. Even though using biofuel does release greenhouse gasses, it releases a lot less than fossil fuels. I think biofuels should be used a bit more often 
(though not to often because I want solar power to replace fossil fuels). :D
