I felt our team worked really hard this year to actively work on our team goals and priorities. The time we spent felt so productive to me and it always felt like we needed and wanted more time together. Everyone expressed how valuable the meeting time was (and how limited for what we wanted to achieve). It was great to have the time and opportunity stay ahead of situations this year. There are things we have to still figure out as a time, but there is much to be happy about. Thanks to the team.

We made a lot of improves in 6th grade math. As we learned about our families and different learners we tailored the learning experience. Lots of family member notified us how they are learning the math along with their kids and so we made sure to include exemplars of work so that families and teachers can work together to assist our students.

Team work makes the dream work even in the most difficult times!! This was not an easy year but I want to thank everyone on the team for advocating for our students, for the needs of each other, and for truly bringing their best selves to school every day through all these challenges. Our Wednesday meetings are such an important space for celebration of our students and team, I love how we can celebrate our work here to! Keep making awesome mistakes along the way, team!
