It prides me to be a part of a team that looks after one another, would sweep after each other to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and maintain the good quality score and performance of the team. It made me feel positive seeing how each one actively contributes to make the process easier, I love how ideas are encouraged within the team.I have applied this to my personal outlook in life wherein your actions have a strong impact in the world as a whole, as we all have a shared destiny living in one planet. And that’s the group with the 6-foot, unusually handsome gay guy who seems to be their mascot/muse. They were approached by a radiating and cheerful lady called only as ‘Bam.’ She was warm and welcoming to all of us, like when Julie Andrews welcomes her children to her arms in ‘The Sound of Music.’ It was at that moment, I knew she was going to be my godmother for the rest of happy days in CXLab.You may be asking, why am I telling you all these things? To be honest, I have no idea where I am going with this. I just felt a need to share a little bit of how I experienced CXLab from my point-of-view and because it has been one of the most enjoyable and unforgettable years that I have ever had in my life. I got to be with diverse, talented and good-natured people. Got to drink with awesome bosses and colleagues who only wants the best for you, even after you got heartbroken twice.
