When I was younger kids used to always pick on me for being 'too thin'. They would come up to me and make snide remarks and tell me how gross it was to be as thin as I was. Since we were all really young I don't think they understood that since I had such an intense dance schedule it burned off a lot of what I ate so I didn't have a lot of fat on my body but I did have muscle. I remember one of my friends went up to our teacher and told her about what the kids were saying and she pulled aside the ones who were picking on me and talked to them about it. If I handled things differently I probably should have gone to the teacher myself or even told my mom about it.
