- Build good cycling habits: by establishing a measure of daily success => start with a short distance, then increase that on the next day.
- Establish a cycling community - increase enjoyment of cycling.

2/ Organizations:
- Company: Encourage staff to ride bicycles to work => Cycle to work day/week => to highlight the benefits of cycling to work.
- Bicycle companies offer various products at affordable prices that many people can afford.
- Bicycle companies: advancement, innovate bicycles --> electrical

3/ National:
- Governments invest infrastructure for cycling => introduction of shared bike lanes and parking places for bicycles.

- traffic infrastructures are not effectively built (road safety): The number of vehicles in Vietnam, especially in cities is quite large, and there is no bike path/ bike lane -> So bike users will be quite difficult to move, crossing the street on the street.
- government does not enact cycling encouragement policy (reduce tax --> traffic toll: reduced --> manufacture expenses: reduced)
