Soldier: Sacrificed his life by calling in artillery fire on his position, resulting in the German's to halt and give the Americans enough time to Regroup and form a counterattack. The attack was successful and he was recognized as a hero by his peers. 
I personally like John Fox because of the amount of courage he had to sacrifice himself and just cause an entire Artillery on himself is just brave. Irena was a social worker and nurse who  served in the Polish underground during ww II. she sneaked jewish children  out of the war zone ghetto and gave the children fake identity information to find a new home to non jewish families. When Irena was sentenced death she escaped by bribing a guard to let her free.  Soon after that she got right back to work with a new identity. She began helping children and saving their lives during the war. By doing this John succeeded in defeating the German. John was awarded a medal of honor posthumously for sacrificing his own life. The reason you should know about John F Fox is because he knew the risk he was taking but he took it anyways to protect his country and for what he loved. People should know about Akio Morita because he was the co-founder of Sony. He also always had the idea of doing something great for the community. At one point in time he became the unofficial ambassador of the business community. After he died, most people forgot about the things that he did and just left all of his good deeds in the past.

Irena Sendler worked for the Welfare Department of the Warsaw municipality when World War Two broke out. When Germany invaded Warsaw, Irena’s job allowed her to take care of Jews who were struggling to get food or shelter, but once the ghettos were sealed off in November of 1940 it was almost impossible for her to help them. Many Jews unfortunately passed away in the ghettos because of the lack of medical attention, little food, and diseases. Irena was able to get a permit to go into the ghettos to inspect the sanitary conditions, and she used this opportunity to help smuggle Jewish children out of the ghetto. People should know about Irena Sendler because she risked her life to help other people. Irena was tortured, imprisoned, and threatened, but she refused to give any information about where the children she saved were. She is a true hero who saved the lives of 2,500 children, and she is honored with a tree that stands in front of the Avenue of the Righteous Among the Nations.

Was one of the few men that was the founders of the liquid fueled rocket. He and his crew engineered the rockets to go up to speeds of 550 mph. Goddard made an extraordinary step into science to make a rocket and he was one of the few men that made a big stepping stone into the rocket industry. Eva grew up poor and started out trying to become an actress until later she met Juan Peron and got married. Eventually Juan became the president of Argentina and that's when Eva found her true voice and passion once becoming the first lady. She began to fight for causes she believed in such as equal fights for the poor and women receiving and higher education or the same education as men. She worked hard in her fight for the poor and to fulfill their dreams and gave many generous donations to help out anyway she could to better their living and succeeded. He was born into a prosperous and devout Catholic family in Lyon on 5th August 1912. His name at birth was Henri Grouès; From an early age, he was inspired to follow a religious life and in 1930 joined the Capuchin monks. He stayed for eight years but, partly due to ill health, he struggled with the disciplined and ascetic life. Therefore, he left and became a priest in Grenoble. In 1942, he joined the resistance and helped to hide Jewish members of the community from the Nazi’s and Vichy police. Eventually, he was arrested, but he managed to escape and fled to North Africa to join the Free French led by Charles de Gaulle.
