Socioeconomic issues, such as poverty, student absenteeism due to farm work, and the lack of school supplies, can hinder learning. On top of teaching, new teachers often juggle heavy workloads, including administrative reports and community responsibilities. Professional isolation is another concern, as limited access to mentors and peer support can make the transition into the teaching profession more difficult.

Over-crowded Classrooms. Some classes in my school are as large as 150 students. Novice teachers get overwhelmed managing such large classes.

Also, lack of resources for teaching especially in teaching pronunciation is another challenge faced by nohice teachers.

They also lack motivation and experience low morale which leads to early exit of English language teachers.

Marking of 150 notebooks every day makes the work frustrating.

These are just a few.

In the first class, I faced time management issue because I was doing more boardwork and could explain the topic less.

Decreasing jealous among the low achievers to high achievers by convincing them that they have other skills.
