I changed the camera to be shutter priority by changing the mode dial  to S and changing the speed. Shutter speed is measured in fractions and all depends on the kind of picture you want taken.
2.What happens when you change the shutter speed the focus of the picture changes to something. The picture can be really dark or too bright. It can also leave a picture really blurry or put it in focus.
