While I don't work in the medical field, I understand the weight that comes with trying to make a guest/client comfortable in whatever way you can while they're being vulnerable with you. I also understand how you can just be a leader without needing the title, because at times the ones who do carry the title aren't leaders- they were just better interviewers.

The story that stood out to me most was that of Andrea. She is testimony to "you don't need a title to be a leader". She is a selfless leader in her community and I am sure the children at the school respect her for being such a kind spirit.
