Zephyrus was the God of the west wind and a known gentle messanger of the spring. He was also known for procreation (reproduction). There's many different myths he is a part of, in the on that is relevant, he is married to Iris. He also had two children with Iris, Pothos and Eros.

Pothos

Pothos was the God of longing, yearning, and desire. He was Iris's and Zephyrus's son, representing the fleeting nature of desire. He was often depicted with a vine, which linked him to Dionysus (Greek God of wine, fertilatiy, and festivity) and the strong desires that alcohol can cause.
