         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi! To ensure cultural responsiveness in education, I think we first need to know our subject to hone in on what we’ll use. With literacy, one strategy could be teaching a word in two languages to make people mindful that everything we learn is contextual. Another could be to incorporate music into the work we do. I’d have students utilize a key work to develop a rap that pertains to their word and then share with the class. Once the students are done, share songs with the students that use the word.</div>]]></description>
