If you can trust your significant other how are either one of you going to survive when your not with each other? You couldn't because it would eat away at you because all you would think about is what that other person is doing, or who they're talking to, or who they're with. Trust is key! I also think that happiness is another key factor in a relationship. Why be with someone your not happy with? From a personal standpoint I believe that problems here and there help you identify who you and your partner really are and what they are looking for in your relationship, I think it gives you a better viewpoint as to how long you'll last or if this is what you truly want. Relationships show how promises are built when either one of the two people make a promise and then it all depends on if the promise is kept or not and then you build from there with more promises and keeping them. You don't always have to make promises outloud, promises like loving each other and never cheating on each other are promises that do not need to be kept by word of mouth but should be kept all the time no matter. B. The significant other and yourself grow in more ways than one over the course of your relationship, during your relationship not only do you find who they really are but you also find yourself and who you really are, you learn what you can and can't handle, you learn how to deal with various situations and how to handle them, and lastly as the days go by you grow to love each other more and more and value every second you spend with each other.
