  • Nursing assistants have to do repeated tasks for multiple patients for long hours. So, they have to work very hard to complete all the tasks within the limited time.
  • At first CNAs are paid very low.
  • It is the work of CNA’s to deal with new born babies and dying patients. So it can become very difficult to deal with many emotions.
  • Nurses have to deal with the abusive behavior of the annoyed and frustrated patients. At times, it becomes very depressing to take care of such patients.
