The bread they eat is a tortilla so then no crumbs go everywhere 

This tortilla can last up to 18 months 

Water filters are a system that sucks up all the water vapor in the air and also urine 

So that means even are spit 

The air the astronauts are breathing is cleaner than what we are breathing on earth 

This water from this machine makes it possible to drink out of a packet that kind of looks like a blood bag

Astronauts don’t shower but use liquid soap, water and rinse less shampoo. They squeeze it out of their pouches onto their skin. They use an air flow system nearby to dry their hair.
