He is  a residnet of Montgomery County and is also a Father and Foster Parent. To be eligible for this program you must be a willing man, not just a "Father." 

It is important for us as men to understand that we learn from each other and... what we learn, we pass on the the young people who's lives we influence. The CADCOM fatherhood Initiative follows the "Each One, Teach One" Philosophy. What are you teaching the children that see YOU as a leader??
