I feel that when there is a tight bond between the working group, the goal will be met more efficiently. I was able to see that an uplifting environment, which focuses on encouragement as a motivator, can lead to a successful atmosphere.  Unlike the first circus, in which employees were treated as objects, the Butterfly Circus' manager treated his employees kindly and formed positive relationships with them. (The stick method vs. the carrot.) Along with treating them with respect. Mendez's bond with the rest of his employee's was very strong, he treated them like they were family.
