Tim - overuse strength is being focused, seeing the big picture, but underusing the ability to analyse how the others would feel or respond to his actions

How to improve - recognize that everyone has different strengths, so each person has to accommodate others when communicating their point of view. - Overuse: leadership/zest --> as she is 'too active/overbearing', she may not be able to relate from Tim's point of view

Adam
- Underused: judgement --> he was close-minded
- Overuse: teamwork
- Overuse: creativity --> odd and scattered, too many ideas

Jessie
- Overuse: leadership --> she was first to challenge ideas, may be seen as too strong and 'bossy'

- Share tips with his teammates on how he self-regulates and thinks through the task

- She can try to be more mindful on how she communicates her ideas as it may not be perceived as how she had hope it to be

- To be a team player and be more open-minded, be more positive in his thinking as he may take things personally (that it was his ideas that were being improved, not him)
