We live in an apartment in a residential complex, north of Sogamoso. It is a very nice place. We have a park for children. There are also green areas to walk or exercise.
I get up at 5:00 a.m. With my wife, we prepare breakfast, we like to eat fruit, coffee, bread and eggs. after breakfast I go to work by bus, but sometimes I also like to go by bike. It all depends on the time. Lunch at 12:00 A.M. I like to eat soup, rice, potatoes, protein and salad. After work at 500 p.m. I'm going home. We have dinner as a family every day at 7:00 pm. Finally, before going to sleep we like to pray, and we all go to sleep at 9:00 P.M.
finally, on weekends I like to exercise and go for walks with my family.
