DEMOCRACY- Government by the people. People exercise their power by voting.<br>3. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS- Liberties of each individual to pursue life and goals without the interference of other individuals, such as the government.<br>4. LIMITED- Confined within limits; restricted or circumscribed.<br>5. POWER- Ability to do or act; capability of doing or accomplishing something.<br>6. CONSENT- To permit, approve or agree; comply or yield.</div>]]></description>
