         <title>COMMUNICATION WITHIN ORGANIZATION</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This figure represent the example of an organization in McDonald's with different types of position and job description which led to different responsibility. There are managers (wearing grey formal shirt), crew member (red and grey shirt), and representative from the Head Quarters (wearing white shirt) together we are celebrating McDonald's Founder Day on 5th October every year. It is one of the wonderful moment 6 months ago, be able to working at the top leading fast food chain and one of my career checklist of my life. I wish that I could stay a little bit longer with McDonald's and become a Restaurant General Manager who owned the restaurant with good figures of salary.<br><br>However, life is full of surprise and sometimes, you have to leave something behind to go forward. I choose to continue studying in Master Degree in order for me to achieve my ultimate dream to become a lecturer one day.<br><br>Remembering the first week of Ramadhan, me and my friends having an online class for the first time in our lives making us realize that we should be thankful that during our previous bachelor degree, we are having the Face-to-face class.&nbsp;<br><br>So, for the first week, we are required to have an introduction session led by our lecturer, Madam Noona together with my fellow classmate. Everyone was very shy at that time introducing themselve but our lecturer was very creative, she asked the student&nbsp;<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>THE REVIEW ON CLASSICAL MANAGEMENT THEORIES IN FAST FOOD INDUSTRY</strong></div><div>For me personally, classical management theories are one of my favorite topic to discussed. It was very interesting when in comes into the organization system and the decision-making skills on managing an organization in fast-food industry. I would like to make two entries for this topic, and I would love to share the experience that I have been through as one of the Management Trainee at McDonald’s Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Contemporary management theories and practices in an organization have evolved to embrace change, innovation and agility as organization are strived to increase the competitive advantages and adapt to an evolving business landscape (Adebayo, 2020). There are three types of classical management approaches such as a scientific management, bureaucratic organization, and administrative principle in which it has been developed based on the experience and successes of an organization from time to time. This exhibit that different era has developed different types of classical management approaches due to the changes of business landscape and the transformation within an organization. The change in management has become a crucial discipline in modern organizations in which focusing on effectively implementing and managing change initiatives (Adebayo, 2020). It involves the understanding the impact of change on individuals, the manager, employer, and the organization, creating a shared vision, engaging employees, and providing the necessary resources and support to navigate the change process successfully.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>THE SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT THEORY BY FREDERICK TAYLOR</strong></div><div>The scientific management pioneered by Frederick Taylor focused on improving the efficiency and productivity of an organization through the scientific analysis of working process (Adebayo, 2020). It emphasized standardization, time, motion studies and the division of labor. This type of approach was effective in certain context in which it primarily viewed employees as interchangeable parts of a machine that resulting the limitation of their autonomy and creativity.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>ADMINISTRATIVE PRINCIPLE THEORY BY HENRI FAYOL</strong></div><div>Administrative principle theory developed by Henri Fayol is focused on the functions of the management in which including the planning process, organizing, coordinating, commanding and controlling. Fayol’s principles highlighted the importance of managerial authority and emphasized the need for coordination and communications within the organizations. However, this approach did not account for the complexity and dynamics of modern organizations.</div>]]></description>
