to use a smartboard! From this class I have seen what all great educational programs are out there that you

could get your kids interacting with each other while learning.

They could use technology for watching video clips of educational plays and stories that go along with their reading. For example is the class was studying one of my favorites The Yellow Wallpaper they could watch this video.

I think that technology can be a great help in an English classroom as look as it is used as a supplemental tool rather than the main method of teaching.

Smartboard, and videos, and all kinds of technologies can be used in an English class.

It really depends on the content you are teaching.

For example, in the kindergarten class I am observing in the teacher uses the projector/smartboard to display the book she is reading rather than hold it. It is more convenient because her hands are free to write and answer the questions the students ask.
