Traffic jams are now becoming one of the biggest problems that Vietnam, especially big cities, has to deal with. There are too many people on the street, especially in the rush hour. Some other causes of traffic jams can be mentioned: there are many narrow roads or under repair; the number of personal vehicles is increasing; some people have no sense of going in the opposite direction, jostling; due to storms flooding the street.

Traffic jams cause many harms such as: air pollution, noise pollution; increased risk of respiratory-related diseases; collision, traffic accidents;… Solutions that can help ease traffic congestion are: widening roads; calculating and correcting the waiting time for the signal lights to accommodate a large number of vehicles; raising people’s awareness of obeying traffic laws; and encouraging the use of public transport.

On 7th May, 2023 , I went the train from Da Nang to Hanoi. The start time is 5am, but there is a delay of 2 hours. Could you check about it. I was late for the meeting and was very upset about it.
I think the best solution is that you inform the exact time and do it on time.
Please ensure this sort of problem does not arise again.

I am writing this letter to complain about the bus delay and the bad attitude of the bus staff towards everyone.
I have to say that I must say that the bus delay has been going on for a long time. It affects the commute time of everyone in the city. And the staff's rude attitude to everyone when getting on the bus. 
I think the bus management system should have the remedy as soon as possible so that everyone can travel easily
This mistake must be corected as soon as possible.
