  • Mealtimes is not given at correct time, parents feedback why no breakfast given.

  • Belonging getting swap

  • Milk bottle not given back

  • Nap time teacher can be be swap with other teachers to take turn (as some children tends to sleep longer time in the sleeping room)

  • What morning shift teachers should do and what closing shift teachers should do (so new teachers come in they know)

  • Lesson did not conduct on time.

  • Initiating to help out one another for check in, breakfast, tea break and lunch as well as routine care. Not because the schedule said that it has to be the teacher needs to do check in/check out/serving food

  • Teachers should tell everyone the information to all staff not just in the app.

  • Updating of who doing the routine care to update on the board so is easier for other teachers to track the next feeding/diaper change

  • Handle the child in the correct manner, respect them and as well not breaking the class rules (maybe can have class rules)
