         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Take one of your hands and turn it face up.<br>2. Use the index and middle fingers of your other hand and move them below your palm on the same side as your thumb.<br>3. Gently press near that tendon.<br>4. Feel for the pulse. Make sure you wait a few seconds to feel the pulse before you move your fingers to find it.<br>5. Using a clock or watch, count the number of beats you feel for 20 seconds.<br>60. Then, take that number and multiply it by 3. This will give you your heat rate</div>]]></description>
