the implications for a employer is that they should know how to do all things according to the procedures put in place and policies. infact they need to watch their actions very carefully becasue an employee that has knowlege of thier rights has all the right to act upon this rights, so the employee needs to learn to follow correct procedures when disciplining teachers and also needs to learn how to support teachers and keep in mind.
