Which body part should be the healthiest?

We believe that the healthiest body part should be your skin. Without your skin, you would literally evaporate. Your skin is waterproof barrier between yourself and the elements. It blocks out the extreme temperatures, damaging sunlight, and harmful chemicals. Your skin is the largest organ on your body. An adult has more than eight pounds of it and has 22 square feet of skin. Skin not only fights off the elements but, it allows us to move and manufactures vitamin D for healthy bones. Therefore, without healthy skin you probably wouldn't last a day.

Do men need more exercise than women?

According to the Men's Health Network, today the gap between men and women's life expectancies is six years. Surprisingly, the overall response to exercise is mostly the same for men and women. The cardiovascular system reacts in almost the same way, regardless of what gender you are. In order for women to lose weight they usually have to exercise more frequently than men because women have a higher body fat percentage. But, in the case of cardiovascular health, women do not have to exercise more than men.
