She is the youngest child with two older sisters and one older brother. Her father is Casper ten Boom and her mother is also named Cornelia ten Boom. Her three aunts also lived with them. </p>]]></description>

         <title>February 28, 1944: The ten Booms are Captured</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The ten Boom family was betrayed and arrested by the police. Corrie and her family went to prison. Her dad died a couple of days later on March 9th. Corrie, because of her sickness is placed in solitary confinement for about THREE months! Most of Corrie's family was released shortly after getting captured, but Betsie stayed along with Corrie.</p>]]></description>

Shortly after her release all of the women her age are killed. Her release was definitely a way you can see God and how he wasn't done with her yet.
