As a group we created presentations of information about ourselves. We showed each other our presentations. We did this by creating TikTok's containing information about ourselves. We were then asked questions about our presentations/ourselves. I think the questions about my presentation went well. This is because I was asked interesting questions about myself and my future career path I wish to take. I think I could improve on my delivery of presentations. I want to do this by talking more, presenting more facts and answering any questions people have about myself.

I spoke to Laura about wanting to join the course. She asked me what job within the protective services I am aiming for. I told her I want to be a paramedic and she asked about my GCSE results and she offered me a place on the course and asked me which one I would prefer, she gave me her opinion on which course she thought would benefit me more. I think the communication between us was good, because I told her what I wanted and she gave me a professional second opinion. I think I could improve by telling her more about myself and the job I want.

I spoke to Kelly about one of my assignments because I needed help as I was not sure on how I could improve and expand on my assignment. I think I was good at expressing and communicating to her the things I need help with and what I needed help with. I think I could improve by being more precise about the the details I was struggling with to begin with.

The quilt task was a task we participated in as a group, we had to make a quilt with all of our names on the quilt. I think we were all good at communicating with one another and deciding on the placement of names and the order of the cards to form the quilt correctly. I think we could have improved on more people working on the quilt at once so that it would have taken less time and would have been more efficient.

Another way I have used teamwork was induction week. We did face painting and other teambuilding exercises and activities. We worked as a team because multiple people would be painting one persons face at the same time and we would work as a team to do different parts of the design and get it done together. I think we could have improved by participating in more teambuilding exercises. Another activity that helped me to work as a team was when we completed our practical assignment for expedition. We did this by working together by using what three words to find the words and hints we were looking for. We worked as a team by using what three words and another person was indoors and calling one another to find words and find the location and relaying it back to each other. I think we worked quite well together as a team because we had good communication, we explained each thing to the other person and worked as a team to find the answer or hints. We could definitely improved by being more sufficient and a bit quicker.

Another way I have worked as a team with people was in one of my assignments. This is because we had a presentation and we all had to present it in a calm, efficient manor. I think we did this successfully because we would help the other if someone was struggling and none of us were staring at the board or the floor whilst presenting the presentation. I think we could have improved by making our slides smaller instead of putting loads of information into each slide as I feel like this made us all panic and made us feel overwhelmed as we couldn't remember where we were at.

Evidence 1-
Today we had a session about recycling and learning about sustainability and how people can make postitive changes to be sustainable.
Evidence 2-
I take the bus to college. This is not very sustainable because fuel is not a sustainable source, and it cannot be replaced. However I think it is more sustainable than driving your own car.
Evidence 3-
I have used paper straws instead of plastic straws. I also recycle plastic and paper and metal at home. I also donate old clothes and items that no longer serve me any purpose.
