Evidence 1- about me I created a tik tok about everything I like to show to the group and get more familiarity with my peers. I think the tik tok shows to the group my hobbies and my interests. I would make the video longer and add more information such as where I was born my family etc.
Evidence 2- enrolment I went to college to enrol into public services. I passed the gcse required to get into the course. I would of talked to more teachers to seek more opportunities such as the football team
Evidence 3- I used to play football on the weekends. I was able to communicate with my team on and off the pitch to build chemistry/friendships. I would of liked to continue football by maybe joining an academy or other team to better communication.

Evidence 1- In induction we had a team building exercise where we would have to turn a piece of tar pool over while we were stood on it. We were able to turn it over in around 10 seconds as before we had planned how to do it. I would talk to my team and get a strategy to be able to turn it over quicker or even with more people on it.
Evidence 2- in the class activity we needed to draw up little cards with our names on it to create a quilt. Our teamwork skills were good as we had to create the cards the same size to allow us to tread the quilt and make sure every card was
on the quilt. if i were to improve anything i would get more involved in the making and stringing together of the quilt to improve my teamwork.
Evidence 3- A task consist of solving a murder/missing person case, i made notes on the key points in the investigation. We brought our notes together as a group to solve the investigation. I gave my input to the group, which helped the group come to a resolution. To improve i would have a detailed discussion with the group to further improve everyone's understanding of the case which we could relay to the teacher or other groups.

Evidence 1- I showed leadership when I captained my football team. My team listened to me when I spoke and supported me. I could of gave positive criticism to my teammates.

Evidence 1 - In the summer i worked coaching kids to play football. It was located at a school in a safe environment with the proper equipment and space for the activities. These sessions took place every weekend, this helped me gain skills such as leadership as i had to create and perform these session. Also it helped me with my communication skills as i had to teach the kids how to perform the session in the correct way.

Evidence 2 - i worked for McDonalds getting at least 2 shifts a week. This gave me teamwork skills as i had to work with my peers to quickly put food together. My discipline and timing skills also improved as i had to work on a time scale and make sure the food i made was of good standard.

Evidence 3 - i have volunteered at a local school teaching the pupils sports activities such as tennis, badminton etc. This helped me improve my multi-tasking skills as i had to teach multiple classes at once while also getting involved in the sessions
