1) One is a task based approach where the horses have to be complete certain tasks and they'll be judged/marked accordingly. There will be negative marking if they do it wrong.
2) While the other is horse race where they'll be racing against time as they'll be judged on the fastest times.

- What we have perceived uptil now as a group is, causation mainly focuses on predicting the future, while effectuation focuses on the control of the future (Frese and Gielnik, 2014; Laskovaia et al., 2017).
