We need to mental wellness days not more days to be absent. So if you need to go get a some relaxing activities in to stay healthy you can do them with out guilt.

I love teaching my content area, but there isn’t time to go deep. I liked when I first started working here how the focus was on analysis. Now the focus seems to be on attendance. We should be focused on the students who are right in front of us.

There needs to be more of a connection between the district and the buildings. It feels like the district is buying products that don’t necessarily meet the needs of Lincoln students. Then teachers are expected to use these products in their classrooms with very very little training.
