Step 1 : First of all, I would need to organise the flashcards with information I need to study in 5 different boxes labeled as everyday, every other day, and once per week etc.

Step 2 : In order for me to remember the things I study more effectively, I would make sure to put the flashcards that I am not familiar back to the very first box, everyday, which helps me with reviewing the flashcard more often to have the information retained in my brain for a longer time. Also, with the informations that I have successfully remember well enough, I can keep pushing them backwards to box 5 or 6 which is when I only need to review it again before test and etc.

Step 3 : Finally, I can use this technique to remember informations more effectively before test or exams earlier, instead of studying them 1 or 2 days before the test or exams. By using this method, it benefits me in 2 ways such as, maximising my learning through the spacing effect, and also helps me to study more efficiently by spending more time on cards that need more review.

Step 1: First of all, I would need to figure out the places that I normally study at, such as school, home, cafe, and etc. Then, I need to find out the factors that distract me when I am studying, such as too many people talking around in a cafe while I'm trying to study and etc.

Step 2: After figuring out the factors and places where I can get most distracted when I am studying, I can start to avoid these places in order to give myself a preferable environment when learning. And also, I need to realize what factors other than the environment could distract me from learning such as social media or changing my location too often when I am learning, and try to avoid these factors to provide myself a more effective learning condition.

Step 3 : Finally, after I have figure out these factors, I can start to apply it to my learning, such as to create a more quiet, distraction-free study area, restrict myself from using social media when learning, and also to stay in one specific area (most preferably in my room using proper table and chair) when learning. By changing the environment and habits, I can provide myself a more distraction-free environment when learning and to study more effectively.
