What the COVID-19 pandemic brought with it was poverty, desolation and uncertainty to people around the world. The economy of the countries dropped to a significant level, many people were left without jobs and without how to help their families, that is why world trade was so affected, there were no longer buyers, there was no one to invest in companies or worse still there were no consumers. This is why the entire population was forced to ask for loans, the countries to ask for help from more developed countries and in which perhaps this pandemic did not affect so much. Not only did people ask for loans, but Pay pal-level platforms offered to support entrepreneurs with loans to reactivate their production and business economy. But not only the economic sector was affected, but all sectors in general. This pandemic forced businessmen to close their businesses and because of this many people were left adrift, without work and forced each citizen to stay at home surviving with what little they had left.

1. Worrying impact of COVID-19:

All sectors at a general level were affected by this pandemic, but the ones in which the concern was most noticeable was in the economic and health sectors, where many entrepreneurs were forced to close their companies, their businesses, and along with this difficult decision, many people unemployed, due to all this the unemployment rate increased by a significant percentage in most countries of the world, and in the health sector because there were no special tools to care for so many people, clinics, hospitals, posts Among other health care institutions, they were collapsed, they were not enough to attend to so many people who needed medical care and all this because this pandemic took the different governments of the world without precaution, which upon seeing this worrying impact did not They knew where to start to solve.

2.Crisis in the health, economic and psychological sectors:

By generating so much chaos in such a short time, these sectors were the ones who received the greatest impact. When a pandemic arrived and healthcare centers: clinics, emergency rooms and hospitals on the verge of collapse generated stress, concern and despair not only in patients but also in medical staff since they did not know what to do or how to begin to solve so much chaos. All the people seeing that they had to be locked up for so long, cleaning everything, seeing that they were only allowed to go out one day and if they did, they had to wear masks, alcohol, antibacterial even gloves and seeing that from one moment to another they had that being isolated this generated stress, and not only this but seeing that they had no money, wondering how they would do to eat, or to pay the employees caused concern and what emerged was a high rate of stress, despair, depression and fear which led to generating psychological trauma and psychological problems where psychologists had to intervene and provide help to hundreds of people but the problem did not end there but the medical staff also entered into a crisis because there was no money to give them their salary , then by all the sectors there was a deterioration and mental chaos.
</sub>

3. Emergence of technology:
</sub>

Due to all this the inhabitants had to survive in some way or another, so well, technology had to intervene. Thanks to her, each person managed to survive with a certain contribution, and they were forced to sell online, to create virtual stores, to close businesses with people from other countries, and the fact is that not everything was bad, the pandemic also brought these little things good, it allowed us to learn to make good use of networks, technology and each virtual platform and thanks to how important technology became, it allowed us to reactivate lives, families, companies, jobs, etc. Of course, yes, and the fact is that the increase in this had a great impact and not only served us in the pandemic, but currently it also forges us as entrepreneurs and allows us to work from there and provide work for other people to return little by little, reactivating the economy. world.

4. Economic reactivation:

Before the pandemic the world was increasing the use of credit cards and due to this for a moment I stopped, however, this did not last long on hold since due to the same pandemic the use of cards began to increase since well Everything was online, virtual, so the payments or appropriations are made through this or through virtual platforms that fulfilled that task and this contributed to the care of
Everyone.

5. Conclusions:
• In general, the pandemic brought a lot of suffering, concern and fear in all sectors, in families there was fear because they would catch the virus, there was suffering because many people had to bury their loved ones but at the same time there was concern about being left without employment or for being forced to close their businesses, this pandemic created a crisis in each person from children to the elderly by having to isolate themselves for months and being afraid of dying. Almost three years have passed since that pandemic and we are still afraid of getting infected, however, thanks to the work of the COVID vaccines we can go out to carry out our different tasks.
• Due to so much chaos and anguish, the Pay pal entity decided to support entrepreneurs by providing them with loans. I helped small businesses so that they did not have to close so that they did not have to lay off their employees, since it would also affect them as a company because the risk was to run out of clients and they could not allow it, clearly this company did not act alone hand in hand with it, the state was there to also contribute monetary contributions that would provide support to each entrepreneur.
• This crisis affected all countries without exception, but some were more vulnerable than others but regardless of their level of specialization, of economy all were quite affected. While we realize manufacturing jobs are the most affected when there are sudden stoppages like this, they are the first to move to unemployment, it is also worth mentioning that oil and copper prices face due to this a strict change in their assets and all this due to the high dependence on value chains and the many effects on buyers. Likewise, the tourist environment was affected because due to this they could not work or provide their services since all the countries were isolated and what generated a crisis for that sector as well, but analyzing the crises that have occurred previously we can see this as something It is encouraging, and as an example of previous pandemics, we can say that the economy can be reactivated over a period of time, but this will not depend only on monetary, fiscal, and health policies, but also on the trade and integration policies adopted by governments.
