         <title>Group 3/ Consolidated Ideas and Thoughts :D</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. Spend time re-stating ground rules with consequences, and</p><p>induct all students to routines in the classroom. </p><p>2. Differentiated instruction to the 4 students-- reminders that they</p><p>would be attended to when the rest are involved in writing task. In the </p><p>mean time, 4 students can be provided with alternative task to engage </p><p>while Mr English addresses the rest of the class. Until the gap between the</p><p>students are closed, the 4 students should received a differentiated</p><p>task that suits their ability and readiness. </p><p>3. Use positive reinforcement-- praise the 4 students when they do </p><p>something right. </p><p>4. Assign each of the 4 students to a buddy who is strong at writing so </p><p>they would be able to catch up with the rest. This would also ensure they </p><p>feel integrated into the group. </p><p>5. Brainstorming activity to be conducted for entire class-- and group the 4 </p><p>students with the rest of the class. </p>]]></description>
