         <title>The pool of candidates of color is too small to make an effort to even find. Even if there are people of color applying for a leadership position, they probably wont meet the high standards that we have at an International School bc they most likely wont have previous International School experience. They might be from another country that doesn&#39;t go by our Anglicised , Western curriculum. </title>
