A toutes ces causes, on rajoute aussi la grande propagande faite pas les bureaux d’émigration et des films états-uniens qui montrent à tort ou à raison la «qualité» de vie de leur pays et incitent les jeunes à tenter leur chance en outre-mer.
Même si l'émigration lituanienne s'est amplement ralentie depuis 1931 du fait que la crise économique a fermé les portes de l'Amérique du Sud . La Nation s'arme donc techniquement pour vaincre sa terre et la forcer à nourrir les enfants qu'elle produit.

He speak's about  the Lithuanian emigration and it's causes.

1. The Lithuanian emigration before the first World War

During the XIX , the most part of lithuanians immigrants were a member of the Russian Army. Thanks to the abolissment of the serfdom of 1861-1863, the lithuanians farmers decided to leave their country for United States of America. After a strong immigration of Lituanians who is opposite to Russian Policy they come to America. Then after the war, the contingents of emigration decided to stop any Lithuanian emigration in the United States.

2. The current emigration

The first world war stop the old emigration. in reason of lots of conflicts like the world wars and the independance wars, the lithuanian emigration became almost non-existent for 7 years.

3. Circumstances and causes of emigration

Actually most of 90000 Lithuanians lived outside the borders of Lithunia. Nearly 60000 lived in United States and 40000 in Germany. On 3200000 Lithuanian, approximately 800000 live in it overseas, that is 1hab/on 4 live far from Lithuania. But political causes are not enough to lift such a wave of emigration. The biggest suffering of the Lithuanians was especially the economic conditions.

In conclusion
The main causes of the Lithuanian emigration are on one hand salaries lower than foreign countries, on the other hand more countries are more populated they give a big number of emigrants but also that lands and operating conditions are less good in the countries of the South and east. In all these causes, we also add the big made propaganda not the offices  of emigration and the United States movies which show rightly or wrongly the "quality" of life of their country and incite .

At present, Lithuania tries to maintain his emigration within the limits of the last 7 years because this one is unfavorable for its development. The development of the industry, the jobs and the hydroelectrification make hope for a doubling of the cities which has the current hour shelter only 16 % of Lithuanian. Thus the Nation arms itself technically to overcome its earth and force her to feed the children whom it produces.
