When applying for future jobs I will ask my manager to create me a reference, describing what I’m capable of and what my strengths are, whilst advising me what my areas of improvements could be.

 

Through my work at the card factory, I have learnt important skills that I can use again and again when being employed elsewhere. Skills I have acquired include responsibility, time keeping, organisation, good listening skills and being able to follow instructions. I think these are important skills to have when in a work place environment because without them you may not strive the way you want to and get to the end goal you have set yourself.
