Welcome to our workshop. Our speakers is Nikita Sharifov,

First part will teach you about project planning techniques.  We will start by calculating the project.  From 8:20 to 9:50 we will tell you about project estimation, cost estimation, time estimation, effort estimation, scheduling and staffing. 

After Coffee break will be next section from 10:00 to 10:45.
Second part focuses on roles of a software project manager. We Will discuss about leading team, motivating the team-member, tracking the progress, liaison, documenting project report.

The third part of the workshop held from 11:00 to 11:45  will be on the topic: Necessary skills of software project management. You will be taught about the skills that will help you become a successful project manager.

The final part is a part about a real experience of working as a project manager. The first part of the workshop will address risk management plan. It and covers the creation of the plan and its purpose in development process.

The second part of our workshop is listing risk registers. On that part you will learn about types of those registers, how to calculate and organising them. Knowing that info is a first step in making your project standing strong in face of unforseen circumstances.

At the end of the day, we will give an example of a risk register. We will show how teams assess the impact of risk on project implementation and talk about the balance between risks and rewards.
